Our MOQ is one set. The unit price varies depending on the order quantity. The larger the quantity you order, the more competitive the unit price will be.

What are your payment terms and accepted payment methods?

Typically, we require a 30% deposit in advance for production, with the remaining 70% balance paid prior to delivery. We accept T/T, L/C, Credit Card, and Western Union. L/C payment is acceptable subject to corresponding handling fees.

How are the products packaged and transported?

We secure machines using steel frame packaging. Custom packaging solutions, such as plywood boxes, can also be provided upon request. Transportation can be arranged via sea, rail, road, or air cargo.

What is your warranty policy and how is quality controlled?

The main components of the machine are covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the day the shipment arrives at the destination port. Quality is controlled rigorously: raw materials undergo inspection upon receipt, each production stage is inspected by technical staff, and performance testing is conducted before packaging.
