Can you send a sample for us to test?
1. If we have inventory and the total sample value is small, it is free.
2. If we do not have inventory, sample and freight costs must be covered by your company. However, we will return the sample cost to you upon receiving your initial formal order.
What are the payment terms, lead times, and shipping methods?
We typically accept T/T with a 30% deposit before production and a 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Payment terms are negotiable. Lead times are normally 10 to 20 days. Shipments can be delivered by air, express (FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT), or sea.
